Setting up the lighting	They all or burn people	Medium level and likelihood	Crew members	Be careful while setting up the lights and makes sure there are multiple people there so that if something goes wrong there’s someone to help
Modelling	Dropping props	Medium risk and likelihood	Props and possibly models	If the prop is an instrument it will have to make sure that they are secured with straps.

Performing	Falling down the steps of the bandstand	Medium level	Band and crew	Have a first aid kit with us and phone nearby in case it is clear.
Performing	Dropping props or falling into the water	Medium level	Performers and crew	Keep well away from the water and make sure that no equipment is near the water’s edge.
Performing	Communication failures that lead to harm	Low level	Crew and performers	Make sure that everyone involved can hear what and know what is going on. Repeat information if needed.
Filming	Altercations with the public that could lead to harm	Low risk	Crew and performers	Stay out of the way of the general public and address them civilly if they talk to us
